Conversation Hypnosis is a communication method that guides a person’s emotional state during normal dialogue. It does not require formal trance or deep relaxation. Instead, it works by influencing the emotional layer of the mind where beliefs, fears, insecurities, and automatic responses are stored. The goal is to create internal change at the subconscious level through natural conversation.

  • Anxiety patterns and fear-based thinking

  • Emotional conflicts in relationships

  • Inner child wounds and attachment challenges

  • Trauma memories that need reconsolidation

The process is gentle, collaborative, and transparent. There is no hidden control. The therapist guides the client to see new meaning inside their own emotional experience.

Research shows that when a specific emotion is felt consistently for around 10–30 seconds, the brain shifts processing from logical reasoning to emotional learning. This is the moment when belief change becomes possible. Conversation Hypnosis uses this natural window to replace limiting beliefs with healthier emotional understanding.
