What is Emotional Trauma?

Emotional trauma is a psychological wound caused when an overwhelming event or series of events floods the mind with intense negative emotions. Unlike everyday stress, emotional trauma leaves a deep imprint on the subconscious, often affecting thoughts, behaviours, and relationships long after the event is over.

Common Causes of Emotional Trauma

  • Sudden accidents or natural disasters
